padding: 0px 30px; box-sizing: border-box;">根据公开信息显示天津市的物业费收费标准主要依据《天津市普通住宅小区物业管理服务收费管理办法》(津发改价管2015)541号)和《天津市普通住宅小区年物业管理服务和指导价格标准》(津发改价房地〔2009〕1101号)。根据规定物业费用分为四个等级，而最高等级为一级，物业费为1.2元/㎡，/月，然而我咨询了海教园很多小区物业费均远高于该标准。我们和物业的合同都是统一制式的，作为小业主就合同根本没法单独向物业公司提出抗辩，买房子的时候只能被动签订物业合同，所以申请政府相关部门介入协调物业公司按照政府指导价进行定价。如果政府指导价不适用于该小区，请政府回复出台该管理办法的目的和意义，感谢，为盼!</p><p>附件：</p><hr size="1" color="#eeeeee" style="height: 0px;
