16px;">在重点祭扫时段增派人员加强巡查和疏导，建立值班值守机制，组建一支由街道干部、社区工作者、微网格员、在职党员、志愿者等组成的300人文明劝导队伍，出动350余人次在3月25日至4月4日清晨5点至12点、17点至21点祭扫高峰期间开展“定点+流动”巡查劝导，对辖区内重点责任片区、重点点位和路段进行地毯式巡查，累计劝阻不文明祭祀行为30余起，引导市民避免在道路、绿化带、住宅区、学校周边等敏感区域焚烧，及时清理焚烧残留，减少对交通和环境的影响。</span></section><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p 16px;">开展文明祭扫专项整治行动，联合市场监管、城管等部门检查街域内商户42家，查处违规销售封建迷信用品和违规物品，同时建立商户“一户一档管理制度，与街域内商户签订《文明经营承诺书》56份。街道综合执法大队组织巡查专项小组共出动执法队员80余人次对重点区域进行拉网式排查，加大巡查管控力度，利用车载喇叭播放《天津市文明祭扫宣传条例》进行流动宣传，及时劝阻不规范祭祀行为。</span></section><section
