#00528e;">不得超过4人</span></strong>。同一作者可参加其中一个或多个类别的文创产品设计投稿。</p><p><br/></p><p>（二）投稿作品应为<span style="color: #00528e;"><strong>未公开发表过的原创作品</strong></span>，不得侵犯任何第三方的合法权益。在参与过程中不得自行或授权他人对应征作品进行任何形式的使用和开发；不以任何形式发表、宣传和转让投稿作品或宣传其投稿行为。作品本身存在权利瑕疵或存在抄袭、借用等侵权行为，作者本人承担相关法律责任并取消参与资格，由此给天津大学造成的负面影响和损失，天津大学保留追究法律责任的权利。</p><p><br/></p><p>（三）投稿作者需承诺<span style="color: #00528e;"><strong>一稿一投</strong></span>，如主办方发现投稿作品出现一稿多投的情况，有权取消投稿作者的资格，由此造成的法律后果由投稿作者自行承担，给天津大学造成的负面影响和损失，天津大学保留追究法律责任的权利。</p><p><br/></p><p>（四）所有获奖作品的知识产权和使用权均<span style="color: #00528e;"><strong>归天津大学所有</strong></span>。学校可根据需要自行用于纪念活动及学校形象的宣传展示。</p><p><br/></p><p>（五）投稿作者有义务根据主办方意见酌情对作品进行修改直至最终推广使用。</p><p><br/></p><p>（六）主办方有权对为天津大学建校130周年纪念活动使用的作品进行任何形式的使用、开发、修改、授权许可或保护等活动。</p><p><br/></p><p>（七）相关设计素材仅限于本次活动作品投稿使用，设计方案中如使用校园地标图片需注明作者。</p><p><br/></p><p>（八）所有投稿作品均不退稿，请作者自留底稿。</p><p><br/></p><p>（九）本次活动最终解释权归天津大学所有。</p></section><p><br/></p><section
